Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mohit Arora (“Buzz Guard Media”) collects when you use this website and our extensions, and why.

Your email address

We ask for your email when you download a free trial, buy a license, join our launch list, send us a message, or ask us to resend your keys. You can also give your name and which tool interests you. We use these to:

• send your download link, license key and receipt,
• link your license to you, so we can resend lost keys,
• if you join the launch list and tick the box, email you a launch discount and news about our tools, and
• reply to messages sent through our contact form or by email.

Resend delivers these emails for us.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how visitors use this site so we can improve it. On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies.

• Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and session recordings: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It runs without cookies unless you accept, and by default it masks what you type into forms.
• Google Analytics counts visits, the pages you view, the site that sent you, and actions on this page. These actions are playing the demo video, viewing prices, clicking Buy and starting a trial. It loads only if you accept.
• Meta Pixel measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to trials and sales. It loads only if you accept.

If you decline, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel never load. Your browser remembers your choice, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.

Licensing and payments

• Payment details are handled by Razorpay or Gumroad. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We keep your name if you give it at checkout.
• Device information from the extensions: a one-way hash that identifies your computer (not your files or activity) and your computer’s name. We use it only to enforce the trial and the 2-computer license limit.
• Campaign information, such as which ad you clicked, is attached to your order.

Who processes it

Razorpay and Gumroad (payments), Resend (email), Vercel and Neon (website and database hosting), Microsoft (Clarity), Google (Analytics) and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep license and order records for as long as your license is active, and as long as tax law requires. We keep trial signups until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept under each provider’s own retention settings.

Your choices

Decline analytics in the cookie banner, or change your answer later with Cookie settings. Email support@buzzguardmedia.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails. If we delete your license records, your license stops working.
