Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

All Buzz Guard Media products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive your purchase

• Your MultiPod license key, or your Vault download, appears on the website immediately after a successful payment.
• The same key or download link, with install steps, is emailed to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
• If PayPal holds a payment for review, we email your purchase as soon as PayPal confirms it.
• MultiPod renewals need nothing from you: the same license key keeps working after each automatic payment.
• Free trial downloads are shown on the website and emailed immediately.

If it doesn’t arrive

Check your spam folder, then use Lost your key? to have your keys and download links resent. If you still have nothing within 24 hours, email support@buzzguardmedia.com with your payment ID.
